Diane Gaddis has over 25 years' experience in healthcare, serving in executive, financial, information technology, and operations management roles. Under Diane’s direction, CHCA has been awarded multiple HRSA grants for technology and quality advancement as well as funding and designation as one of Florida’s Regional Extension Center (REC) programs by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT. Diane has provided various education sessions on topics related to the advancement of health information technology. Organizations requesting her insights include the Health Resources and Services Administration, the Health Information Management Systems Society, the Blue Foundation of Florida, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the Florida Rural Health Association. Diane previously served as President of the Board of the Florida Rural Health Association from January 2010 through December 2011, and currently serves on the State of Florida’s Health Information Security and Privacy Committee’s Legal Working Group. She served as Vice Chair for NACHC’s HCCN Task Force and continues on the leadership team.
With seven years in healthcare, almost six of those with CHCA, and licensed as a CPA, Jeanette has proven leadership in financial operations management, budget preparation, and federal grants management. With responsibilities ranging from the interpretation of financial information, to monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, Jeanette has proven to be an indispensable member of the CHCA team.
Chantal has over 20 years experience in the development and implementation of quality initiatives across a wide variety of health care delivery settings. Emphasizing her commitment to leadership and her sense of personal investment in the successful completion of her objectives, Chantal has directly contributed to the development of a multitude of quality programs from the ground up. She has advanced practice experience with Patient Centered Medical Home recognition bodies, including: The Joint Commission (TJC), The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), and The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Furthermore, Chantal has experience in the implementation of electronic health records (EHRs) to achieve Meaningful Use, as well as project management skills including the creation of workflows and tools to monitor performance, and guiding teams through the development and implementation stages of project planning.
With over ten years as a key member of CHCA’s success in health IT advancement, David joined the organization to design and cultivate the technology infrastructure to foster the management and support of electronic health records (EHRs), electronic dental records (EDRs) and other related technologies. David adds further value to CHCA, and its clients, through the development and management of a well-regarded SRA service line. David has over 16 years experience in business continuity planning for small to large, Fortune 500, companies.
